Our mission is to support at-risk children, youth, and adults by offering arts, education and empowerment tools that prepare them for a better future while helping them to build a solid stable environment that fosters growth. Multicultural Organization of Creative Arts Houston (M.O.O.C.A.H.) will be is a leader in providing quality programs and services that impacts lives.

Finally, in relation to fiscal and operational responsibility, the M.O.O.C.A.H. Program provides responsible stewardship of our financial and human resources on a continuous basis.
